Royal weddings have a special charm of their own. We have previously seen grand royal weddings like that of Prince Ajai Singh of Jaipur with Jodhpur Princess Ambika Kumari. This time we have another royal wedding in talks.

Recently on Wednesday, the City of Lakes Udaipur witnessed the wedding of Jahnvi Kumari, who is the daughter of Shakti Singh Mewar from the erstwhile royalty of Mewar, and Jodhpur Prince Parikshit Singh, who is the son of Tutu Banna from Jodhpur's erstwhile royals.

The baraat reached Royal Retreat from RK Fort at 9 PM. This almost half a km baraat was as grand as you could expect from a royal wedding. Elephants, horses, camels, mashaal and lots of bandwagons accompanied the royal baraat. The groom Parikshit Singh performed the ritual of toran while being seated at the elephant he was riding. Dignitaries like erstwhile king Gaj Singh ji along with his family, Bharatpur's erstwhile Maharani Sita Mau's relatives and the royal families of Patiala, Jaipur, Kashmir, Kishangarh and Gwalior.
