Jaipur Development Authority will develop a walkway park for morning walkers. From the end of this year Jaipurits will enjoy the morning walk at the new destination in foothill of Galta Valley. The ECO park will open in the morning for all public and the area of this park will 51 hectare. Under the assistance of forest department, the civic body will develop greenery in galta valley. For making more attractive for tourism JDA planned to develop bird watchers, JDA also planned to erect watch tower, Gazebos, garden furniture and swings for children’s will also set up in the foothill of galta ji.

For the irrigation of plant and also conservation of water JDA planned to develop kaccha dam. Landscaping of this garden was completed and soon the fencing work will started.

Jaipur Development Authority also planned for develops the Agra road also. 2 km away from the ghat ke guni on Agra Road the JDA has proposed to develop 200 Bidding Green Wood Garden on 11 hector of forest land along with ornamental and medicals plants.

According to the JDA officer – The JDA will spend 15 crore to develop these two gardens. It will not only balance the Eco but also develop the Eco-tourism. Officer also said that the Master Development Plan 2025, it has been proposed to enhance the per capital open space to 8.80 sqmt for the population projected to grow to 6.50 million by 2025. As per the JDA record the city of Jaipur only 11.3% of its area under green cover which was very less. In Master Plan 2025 minimum 20% of green cover area is mandate.

Also according to the Master Plan 2025 the entry roads from Delhi, Ajmer, Sikar and Agra are supposed to have green corridors of 35 to 45 meter on either side of the approach roads. The JDA also make a MOU with Forest Department for planting trees on open space for making better Eco System. This was very important issue for develop a better and good city of Jaipur.
