Arijit Singh Live: The Voice of Romance

“Love Strikes the Chord with the audience crooning at Albert Hall”



Jaipur recently sang along with the king of romantic songs, Arijit Singh when he performed at the picturesque Albert hall in the capital city of Rajasthan. The four-day celebration of Rajasthan Festival took a musical turn on March 28, 2016. The event was conceptualized and organized by the Department of Tourism, Rajasthan.

With live band, the singer enthralled the crowd with his soothing baritone with the very first track – Yeh Fitoor Mera. The humongous crowd had already started enjoying the atmosphere when the vocalist started his performance with some of his all-time favourites like Muskurane Ki Wajah, Laal Ishq, Mast Magan, and one of his super-hits Jo Bheji Thi Dua, he also rendered some songs from the all-time romantic playlist of Atif Aslam like Juda Hoke Bhi and Tere Bin Main Yun. While playing the white piano, he sang Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai, Jeena Jeena, Phir Le Aya Dil and the most popular Rajasthani Song, Kesariya Balam.

“Are you guys interested in my personal playlist, though they aren’t my songs? I am sure you all will enjoy it.”said Arijit. The favourites included Jee Le Zara, Zara Si Dil Mein and a few other Bollywood numbers. Undoubtedly, his playlist was also one of the hits at the show.
The show concluded with Arijit’s Love Anthem, tum hi ho.

“I’ve attended his previous concert in the city that took place back in 2013 at Chitrakoot Stadium, He was amazing then, and he is fabulous even today; According to me, he is the true voice of Romance,” said Ajita Tyagi, a girl in the Audience.
