The people of Jaipur have an opportunity to learn Yoga with the Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra on 22nd and 23rd April 2017. The actress would not only do early morning yoga with Jaipurites but will also share tips about healthy food diet, fitness funda, and other tips to relieve stress.

Yoga and Wellness Weekend powered by Dainik Bhaskar is organising this 2-day yoga session in Jaipur with Shilpa Shetty. before the main 2 day event starts, a special yoga session has been organised at Central Park, Jaipur on Thursday morning (20th April). In this session, the city's yoga expert will guide Jaipurites.

On 22nd April morning, the yoga session is going to take place in the SMS Investment Ground located at Rambagh Circle, Jaipur. In this program, Shilpa Shetty will tell you about how you can aim for weight loss, removing extra fat, controlling obesity, etc. via yoga. She will take combined sessions teaching both men and women yoga and other wellness tips.
