The much celebrated Indian rock band Euphoria band and their music and the band from the state of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Roots swayed the public away that had gathered in a gigantic number at the Jaigarh Fort in Jaipur and took them into the land of music where dholak, khadtal and the beats of the much loved kesariya balam song left the public mesmerized. All this soulful music washed away the lull environment of the Jaigarh Fort.
This musical and light filled evening took place in light of the Jaipur by Nite event that was in collaboration and was organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Young Indians (YI), Department of Tourism (DOT), Government of Rajasthan and the Union Ministry of Tourism. Rajasthan Roots band casted a magical spell of the Sufi songs in a Rajasthani style on the gathered public by singing thrilling and nerve chilling songs like केसरिया बालम आओ नि पधारो म्हारे देस and दमा दम मस्त कलंदर. These gorgeous performances by the Rajasthan Roots band were followed by the live singing performances of the India rock band Euphoria band and its members only to leave the public in awe and dwell into the magic of the night culture of Rajasthan’s tourism. Palash Sen of Euphoria gave performances on songs named Hum Aage Hain Aage Hi Rahenge and Dhoom Pichak Dhoom.
Away from the chaotic life of the city that runs the people, and makes them gruel hard, the residents of the Jaipur city were dancing to the musical beats of the bands in between lush greenery of the Jaigarh Fort. Guests were welcomed by the Indian rock band Euphoria and Rajasthan Roots in a royal fashion by music and dance that were aided by the Kachchhi Ghodi dance (कच्छी घोड़ी नृत्य), Chang Ki Thap, Dhol and Algoza.
