Magna Carta is a book that was issued by King John Edward. The book describes and gives practical solutions for the political crisis that took place in 1215. Many changes were made and recorded in Magna Carta since the time of its issue up to a period of 10 years.
The book is being transported from London. It is said to be the first book that’s undertaking such transportation. The book talks and delivers food for thought about human rights.
Magna Carta has served as a base for forming clauses not only the British Constitution but also for Constitutions of various countries. The principles of Magna Carta have been repeated and taken in the Unites States Bill of Rights (1791) and Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948).
A proposal from the Government of Rajasthan has been sent to the British Library to seek permission to showcase the book in the museum. The team at the British Library will only grant this permission after they have viewed and are satisfied with the arrangements made here.
To keep the book on display and for public viewing will be much to the benefit of the visitors in terms of their knowledge as they will get to read and know about the human rights. Magna Carta is brought into the country only after being insured.
It will be much of an interest and appeal to the visitors and tourists to get more know-how about Magna Carta as the book is years old in its form and talks about human rights.
