From the year 2007, Abhishek began to produce short films of his own, video songs, documentaries and other travel flicks.
The cinematographer has also got offers and he willingly and wishfully accepted these offers to act in movies namely Chak De! India and Jaan-E-Mann.
However from the very beginning Abhishek also wanted to pick the technical line for the television and Bollywood industry and hence he choose to stick to that.

When bomb blasts took place in the city of Mumbai, Abhishek was working for a television channel.
On the site of the blasts, many people ran away from the site to save their lives but Abhishek remained at the site along with a couple of his colleagues to help the people.
The people who did not leave the site of the blasts, worked on further for a stretch of 34 hours to rescue the lives of other people and to save their lives.

Documentary for a few known names:

Abhishek expresses that it was a tough task to make a documentary on the oldest makeup man of the television industry, Mr. Pandhari Juker.
Mr. Juker is a winner of the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, which is India’s highest award and recognition in the cinema industry. The documentary made on the cricketer Pankaj Singh also turned out to be a hit.
The promotional marketing photography was credited with appreciation for the movie Singh Is Bling.
