Smart Parking concept is based on the idea and technique where one can determine the availability of parking space in a parking lot to park one’s own vehicles and additional to this feature, one can also reserve the parking space for himself/herself.

Reserve your space and pay from where you stand:

Now comes the payment into the picture. Well to provide ease of access and to let the user be relieved of the fact that someone else may utilize up this parking space, one can reserve a parking space right from their home or wherever they are in fact and make a payment for the parking fees via the use of their debit or credit card.

Mobile application for smart phone: An application will be made available for the download purpose for the public on their smart phones and the payment process can thus take place at ease.
People who make use of this service repeatedly, the number plate on their vehicles will be scanned by the censor equipped cameras that will be installed in the parking lots.

Penalty fee for delayed clearing of parking space:

People who free the parking space and ride back with their vehicles after the allotted or requested (purchased/bought) parking time at the time of booking the parking space will be charged with a penalty fee. This feature although will be initiated at a later date.
For now the technique that the company is working on is to determine a free parking space available in a parking lot.

Proposed areas to be benefitted with Smart Parking:

The two proposed parking spaces to be equipped with such parking techniques are Ramniwas Bagh parking space and Mirza Ismail road.
Parking at these two proposed places will be based on the censor technique.
