From past 80 years, the researched and new techniques have been carried out in the start, out of which 99% are carried out at Sawai Man Singh Hospital. Heart transplant, liver transplant and other surgeries can be easily carried out in this hospital. Now the government and department of medical education are facing problems with implementing new strategies and techniques in the SMS hospital.
Before 10 lac patients used to visit the hospital, but now 30 lac patients visit the premises. Due to this, doctors and other senior authorities of the hospital are beguiling their time and talent in dealing with long ques of the patients. And this is also affecting the studies of the medical students. Even after applying new techniques, no perfect solution can be made for such problems and the hospital is not progressing. For this dispensaries and other primary care centres will have to made resource free. Tests for Haemoglobin, TLC, DLC, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, SDOT, ECG, X – Ray, and Sonography shall start in small scale hospitals.
