Apollo Hospital in Jaipur granted with land by the JDA


Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has agreed to grant and has stamped the agreement for granting such JDA land to Apollo Hospital in the Jaipur city. Apollo Hospital is a multi-specialist hospital in the Jaipur city.

Land granted: The land granted is said to be of 12500 square kilometers.

Kuber Complex Plan: Under the Kuber Complex Plan, one of the JDAs scheme in Vaishali Nagar, land has been provided at the rate 25000 per square kilometer.

Construction in about 1-3 years: In a period of 24 to 36 months, the construction of a super speciality service hospital will be made.

Equipped with sufficient beds: It is estimated that about 250 to 300 beds will be set up in the hospital.

Deal at the time of Resurgent Rajasthan: The hospital management during the times of Resurgent Rajasthan had entered into an agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Government and under the agreement rules, the hospital management was shown and taken for site visits for numerous lands.

A meeting regarding the land and property settlement took place and the agreement between both the parties was stamped here.

Agreement stamped to grant lands to these:

  • Rajasthan Rajya Bus Terminal Vikas and its officials have been granted a land of 46544.87 square kilometers under the Westway height plan.
  • Land for making a cemetery of 2000 square kilometers has been reserved at Salga Rampura.
  • Police outpost Goner has been granted with a land of 1000 square kilometers for the construction of its administration building.
  • Primary health centres in ward number 14, gram Jhotwara tehsil has been granted with a land of 1000 square yard for building up of an elementary healthcare centre.
  • Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has been granted with 2000 square kilometers of land in the gram Dehmi Kalan to build up a 33/11 kilowatts station.
  • To fetch water from Bisalpur, a park in the Engineer's Colony in it ESR has been given land worth 1200 square kilometers.
  • Land has also been given to Tata Projects Company to set up their STP and their offices for the beautification of Dravyavati River (Amanishah Nallah).
