‘Yoga is not a thing to be just followed blindly. To learn yoga and its positions, it is advised to learn it under the guidance of a well-known and experienced trainer or guru.
To be a certified yoga trainer, it is must to study the human anatomy and science. A minimum of 6 years is a must that must be devoted to the learning of yoga to become an experienced yoga trainer.
To learn yoga and its technicalities without the bond of a trainer or guru and a disciple or to learn it from an institution that is not certified in the same space is not advised.’
