Along with the raising temperatures, humidity is also increasing these days. Exercising in such weather conditions actually asks for a lot of caution and care so as to ensure that you do not fall ill. Exercising in summer heat makes you sweat more, which is good in a way since it helps in the secretion of harmful substances but then, it also opens a risk for dehydration.
But, this does not mean that you should stop your daily exercise regime because of the risk of dehydration due to excessive heat and humidity. All you need to do is to be a bit cautious and take care of a few things while working out.
