The Sunday became all the more refreshing for Jaipurites as their favorite star Amitabh Bachcan visited the city with his better half Jaya Bachcan. Even the scorching "hot" weather could not stop the "fans" from seeing their favorite star. He was here for inaugurating a branch of Kalyan Jewelers. The fans of Jaipur waited for long hours to catch glimpse of the legendary actor. Respecting his fans, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan greeted them by waving hand and smiling. However due to the lack of time the fans could not get enough time to interact with him. The superstar was also found gesturing Jaya Bachchan to stay a bit more.

The hue of Pink City

The highlight of their appearance was their dress. Both wore the color pink, the trademark color of Pink city. It also presented a beautiful color harmony in their overall appearance.

Amitabh Bachchan was wearing Pink colored half jacket on write Pathani suit while Jaya bacchan was draped in Pink colored lehriya saree.

Big B was wearing black colored flat suede shoes while Jaya Bachan was looking graceful with big pearl drop earrings and solitaire ring. Her golden footwear perfectly matched the similarly colored border of her saree.

The fans of Jaipur presented paintings and other gifts to the star. He also took selfies with them

A bit of annoyance

They came from Charter plane from Jodhpur. However due to the traffic on their charter could not be permitted to land on Jaipur Airport. It was hovering in the air till 20 minutes

Subtle mention of Son’s team

A doting mother as she is known as, Jaya did not forget to mention his son subtly by saying that the city of Pink Panthers has also seen the launch of Kalyan Jewelers. It is worth mentioning that the Pink Panther is the Kabaddi tem owned by Abhishek Bachchan. The star couple is brand ambassador of Kalyan Jewelers.

Apart from Jaipur the couple also visited Jodhpur and Udaipur for inaugurating the branches of Kalyan Jewelers. Chairman of the Jewelry band, T S Kalyanraman informed that the newly opened branch in the city is 96th branch of the jewelry brand.
