About Jaipur Mini Bus

Jaipur's city transit authority, JCTSL (Jaipur City Transport Service Limited) or we can say Jaipur Bus operates a large fleet of private city mini buses, commonly called Jaipur mini bus, for the public. This Jaipur mini bus service is a good source of transportation across the city, which serves over a million people every year. There are a total of 55 Jaipur private mini buses, operating across 1000 bus stops in the city from 5 a.m. in the morning to 9 p.m. in the evening.

Students, working professionals, old people and corporate personnel find it easier and affordable to travel via these private running mini buses, because of their reasonable fares. Minimum fare of a ride in the private city mini bus is Rs.5 and they have a capacity of 20 people each. Each bus takes about 4-5 rounds every day and stops at every stand for 5-7 minutes before heading to the next stand. The bus service is good. You should only step on the bus if there is a seat available, else wait for the next bus to arrive.

For all those who are new to Jaipur or the ones, who are going on a new route for the first time, here we have an easy-to-read guide to help you ride private mini buses safely. Our guide includes information about Jaipur mini bus routes and terminals/stops.
