Hum Paanch team in Jaipur for the Shoot of Hum Paanch Phir Se


Jaipur is a quite famous location for shooting of Bollywood films and TV soaps in India. Several celebrities keep visiting Jaipur for shoots or their film promotions from time to time. This is because of the city's historic locations, forts and palaces and the traditional markets in the walled city area of Jaipur.

Jaipur again got lucky as it the team of the popular comedy show, Hum Paanch, has been shooting in Jaipur for a month for a sequel to that show by the title, 'Hum Paanch Phir Se'. The team was seen shooting on the roads of Sitapura and Jagatpura area. They have been on a busy schedule, which hasn't given them much time to explore the city. But they don't mind it as they are having a good time here.

Sooraj Thapar, the Daddy!

Sooraj Thapar, who is playing the role of Anand Mathur on the show, says that the cast calls him 'Daddy', even when they aren't shooting. He says shooting in Jaipur has helped them bond like a family and they are making some good memories here.

Ambalika Sapra, the new Radhika

Ambalika Sapra is playing Radhika, which was initially played by Vidya Balan in the original Hum Paanch series. She says that she doesn't let the pressure of being compared to Vidya Balan, affect her work.

Sylvia Chadha's long tresses help her bag the role of Sweetie

Sylvia Chadha, who plays the role of Sweetie, admits that her long curly tresses helped her bag the role. She will flaunt her original curls, which are similar to that of Rakhi, the actress who played Sweetie in the original Hum Paanch series, in the show.

The youngest becomes the eldest

Ruchi Tripathi, who plays the eldest daughter Meenakshi, says that she is the youngest at home and will now be playing the eldest and the most responsible sister, which is like a role reversal for her.

Kajal Bhai beats up a villain character

Jayashree Venkataramanan, who plays Kajal Bhai on the show, ended up hurting a villain character as she got too much into the role. She did feel bad and apologise later but couldn't do much about it. Actors do so much to fit their roles.
