With the provision of the hot air balloon ride, tourists will be able to view the Pink City and enjoy its beauty from up in the air at a height of about 3500 feet from the ground level.

Entered into an agreement with a Noida based company

For the provision of this hot air balloon service for the tourists, IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has entered into an agreement with Factor Adventure Tourism from Noida.


Provision of hot air balloon services agreement valid for

This agreement has been done for a period of 6 months. Permission needs to be sought for from the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to provide hot air balloon services. The company has this permission up to December 31, 2016 only.

Costs involved for the hot air balloon safari ride

For an adult: The cost of experiencing the hot air balloon safari service is 12000 INR per person.

Pick and drop facility: This is inclusive of pick and drop facility from the hotel where the tourist is residing at.

For a child: For a child aged between 5-12 years, the cost of experiencing the hot air balloon safari service is 7500 INR.

Ride completion duration

A view of the Jaipur city will be provided by means of the hot air balloon safari ride within a period of 45-60 minutes.

Starting and ending point of the hot air balloon safari ride

The hot air balloon ride will commence from Nahargarh and will conclude at Bhawani Niketan School in the Jaipur city. Another point is said to be Jamdoli on the Agra road.
