An underground metro corridor construction in the walled city is in progress due to which the JMRC has announced diversion near Badi Chaupar. It has been effective from 31st March Late Night. The route going from Badi Chaupar towards Tripolia Bazaar is closed for the vehicles. The signage boards have already been installed for the convenience of the public.

  • The traffic going from Chaura Rasta towards Hawa Mahal Road has been diverted via Aatish Market Gate
  • The traffic from Amber Road to Tripolia Bazaar has been diverted via Shriji Mori ka Rasta
  • The entry and parking of vehicles on the above diverted routes have been banned
  • To and Fro traffic on Hawa Mahal Road-Johari Bazaar route will remain unaffected.
